Hi everyone, I thought it'd been a while since I'd made a journal entry so here we are. I haven't got anything in particular to say, I just wanted to make a new entry, so let's see what I can come up with.

Ok, artwise I've been slacking recently due to sheer laziness (can't say I'm suprised) but I'd like to get drawing more regularly so hopefully I'll submit a little more from now on. Most of the time I go to do a really nice, big picture but don't finish because I realise halfway that I don't like it or something like that, so I'll probably be doing a bit more of the smaller, less taxing stuff like THE LOG!!! Personal life wise, I'm going ok. School isn't going too badly, no exams for a while and it's all been pretty laid back recently. Also as part of my quest for self-improvement I've been trying to be more sociable. It's not that I'm unsociable, just quite closed off with my friends, and there's plenty of really nice people I'd like to get to know better. The only thing getting me down is.... Valentine's day... I'm not really looking forward to it as I'll most likely be spending it trying not to think about all the wonderful and romantic (and sexy) things that everyone else is doing. Also last year's Valentine's day didn't really go so well for me... what sort of girl breaks up with you TWO DAYS BEFORE VALENTINE'S DAY??

Right well I think I've vented enough (for now) so that's it. I'll just put up my features here. For the explanation of the features thing see my last journal entry.

Crusader1089 is a comic artist who draws and writes many different things, including his comic Jayden and Crusader (all of which can be found at his site [link]) and his novel in the making, Kensai. His artistic talent is only matched by his wit and good sense of humour.

coNstantine2530 has a diverse range of styles and has drawn a lot of Harry Potter fanart. Her cartoons are drawn with few flaws and her shading adds real depth and character to them, although she's also capable of very detailed, more realistic work.

Oni-Ken is a relatively new artist on DeviantArt and is a very diverse and versatile one. He works in many different media, using all of their unique properties well. He also writes and does photo manipulation, with interesting results.
